Victoria Decker, AAMS®
Victoria approaches every client relationship by putting the most important aspect first – the relationship. She welcomes the opportunity to listen to a client’s story and works diligently to find the strategy and opportunities that not only will help a client meet their goals, but will resonate with them on a personal level, where every client feels like they are seen and heard.
Victoria is part of the Advisor Mastery Program, a rigorous firm program that provides resources to younger advisors on how to grow professionally and provide best-in-class service to their clients. Victoria has earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) designation and plans to utilize the skills covered in her designation to better serve her clients.
Victoria graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2022. She triple majored in Economic Consulting, Public Policy Analysis, and Sustainable Business, with a minor in Environmental Science. She completed her Master’s at Northeastern University in Boston, where she graduated with a degree in Environmental Science and Policy in the spring of 2024.
Victoria is a member of her local Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals group, and when she is not working, she can be found relaxing on the beach or hiking with friends.
