Jon is a 25-year veteran who’s dedicated to serving the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals and families. He assists clients in establishing individual investment strategies driven by their specific goals and needs. His process can build family value statements to help his clients’ wealth serve as a positive force for their children and future generations.

Jon joined Alex. Brown, a division of Raymond James, in 2019 after serving high-net-worth clients at Merrill Lynch and Montgomery Securities. He joined Montgomery Securities as a financial advisor in 1993 and built his business working with thoughtful and successful entrepreneurs on the forefront of innovation and economic growth. Jon was previously a partner of Trammell Crow, where he jumpstarted his career in investment banking.

Jon graduated high school from Belmont Hill and majored in history at Williams College. He later completed a Master of Business Administration at the Tuck School at Dartmouth and earned his CIMA certification from the Haas School of Business at the University of California.

Originally from Lexington, Massachusetts, Jon has lived in San Francisco for more than 30 years. He is married to Hendy, and they have three adult children, Tucker, Skyler and Jackson. Jon enjoys reading nonfiction history and spending time in the outdoors, whether hiking, skiing, playing tennis or golfing. To stay mentally and physically fit, Jon turns to spin, bridge and tango.
