With over 35 years in the financial services industry, Frank has an impressive insight to offer clients. He works with multi-national corporations, non-profits, and foundations. He has developed deep relationships working with advisors serving family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals. His primary focus is short term institutional cash and risk management. Frank finds great fulfillment in offering honest counsel and utilizing expertise to help clients pursue their goals in preserving principle, managing liquidity, and obtaining an appropriate return based on acceptable risk parameters. Over the course of many years, Frank has advised multiple companies in developing investment policies.

Frank began his career with Merrill Lynch where he grew a commodity client base. For several years following, he served International and domestic institutions building foreign exchange trading relationships. From this sector Frank began his institutional cash management practice.

Frank earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Florida. He served on the Magnolia Independent School Board District for 9 years, and was Chair of Trustees for Wildwood Methodist Church. He is very active in The Church at Horseshoe Bay and enjoys outside activities include fly fishing, boating, kayaking, and traveling.

Originally from Collinwood Tennessee, he lives in Horseshoe Bay Texas with his wife, Elizabeth. They have 3 adult children and one grandson.
