An experienced leader with over 38 years of financial experience, Corky began his career with Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown back in 1994. He returned in 2010, following a three-year stint at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney where he was managing director and district director for Washington, D.C. and Maryland. Additionally, Corky managed the Boston and San Francisco offices and led sales, marketing, and Private Client Services. In 2016 he joined Alex. Brown - Raymond James.

As head of private client services, Corky played a vital role in Deutsche Bank’s global strategy, serving on the private wealth management global and North American executive committees, the North American operating committee, the board of Deutsche Bank Securities, and as president of Alex. Brown’s management services and financial services.

As a service-focused advisor, Corky is extremely responsive and looks ahead to his clients’ long-term asset growth. A true professional, Corky is warm, welcoming, and enjoys interacting with his clients. He truly thrives on building and strengthening relationships.

Corky holds a B.B.A. in risk management/insurance from the University of Georgia and is Series 7, 8, 24, 63, and 65 registered. He is currently a board member of The Club at 3 Creek, a former board member of the Elkridge Club, a former trustee for Calvert School, a former trustee for Roland Park Country School, and a former trustee of Business Volunteers Unlimited and the Alex. Brown and Sons Charitable Foundation.

Originally from Moultrie, Georgia, Corky currently resides in the Roland Park neighborhood of Baltimore with his wife, Melissa, and their two children. When not assisting his clients, Corky enjoys playing golf, fly fishing, running, and hiking.
